Events have happened recently

And my thoughts are upside down

I am restrained by negativity

And I don’t know where to turn

I’m on my island all alone

The summer birds have flown

I’m like Napoleon stranded

My lifeboat has not landed

I always treat people decently

And you rarely see me frown

I’m usually full of creativity

I hope good ideas soon return
