Whenever you go out gambling it is hard to beat the odds
You can loose as much betting on horses as you will on dogs
There are people who lose nightly on whist and even twenty five
The way to keep the expenses down is to have a card drive
When people go to bingo there are sheets of numbers everywhere
I think in the Bingo Hall they say their only daily prayer
They invest so much it is very hard to offset the cost
After spending so much if you win a game you still may have lost 

If you want to win a fortune you can bet heavy on the wheel
If you are playing blackjack you need twenty one on the deal
Others playing slots for hours are afraid to give up their seat
They think "their seat" might get lucky if they go away to eat
In Roulette there are so many bets your head and wheel are spinning
If you didn't put your bet on the right one there is no chance of winning
In Keno you get twenty of eighty so the odds are one in four
That's just my simple form of math but it could be less or more
Craps is really complicated and you throw regular dice
I know you can't Pass and you win some money if you get seven twice 

When it comes to poker there's Hold Em Draw and seven card stud
Played in fancy casinos and halls and in every neighborhood
Sitting there needing any heart for a flush and a lump in your craw
I bet you'll be praying your heart out for the luck of the draw
