Whatever
you do don't accept a loan
From someone slick who calls you on the phone
Telling you his company is willing to lend
Some immediate cash that you can spend
Since you own a home you are qualified
No home owner has ever been denied
He says you shouldn't have to live like a pauper
Get out of the house and become a shopper
Buy an air conditioner which you crave
To keep you cool during an August heat wave
Or maybe you want to get your kids new phones
So they will be just as good as the Jones'
How about a brand new automobile?
He has a friend in the business for a deal
You could have your bathroom completely revised
Or have your kitchen appliances modernized
