As Irish as it gets

I do not have a lot in life
But I have a lot of friends
Who play the violin and fife
And their music blends.
Most friends are musicians
I think you know the types
They are fond of Irish traditions
And the sound of the pipes
Sundays spent in Irish bars
Playing jigs and reels
With others on guitars
Missing Sunday meals
You will be contented
With their ability and style
And the way it is presented
If you stop in for a while.
