The factory is closed down

All the employees are laid off

It’ll ruin this little town

A pig was at the trough

There was no investment for the pension fund

Like it was supposed to be

The young and the old are stunned

The CEO went on a spree

He was in only to obtain the fees

Or to collect illegal kickbacks

From beginning to end it was sleaze

With no watchdog it all fell thru the cracks

I have finally arrived at a conclusion

The rich are guilty of lust

The little people are fooled by collusion

And all of their dreams are crushed.
